Instead, every boat and personal watercraft we sell is water tested by us, documented on video, and backed by our 30 Day Guarantee. Here's the full picture.
Putting a unit in the water before a sale is complete carries real risk to the operator, to bystanders, and to the equipment. Open water adds variables we can't control, and we're not willing to put a customer in that position.
Our coverage does not extend to water related incidents during customer demos. If anything were to happen on the water before a purchase is finalized, there would be no protection in place for you or for us. We won't operate in a gap where no one is covered.
The closest lake to our location is about 30 minutes away. Hauling a unit out, launching, testing, and returning isn't a quick process, and it adds time, transport, and risk to a sale that isn't complete yet.
Rather than work around those limits, we built a process that gives you confidence without the risk.
Step 01
Before a boat or personal watercraft goes up for sale, our team puts it in the water and runs it the way it's meant to be run, confirming it starts, runs, and performs the way it should.
Step 02
We record our water tests so you can see the unit running on the water with your own eyes. You don't have to take our word for it, you can watch it perform before you buy.
Step 03
Every unit is covered by our 30 Day Guarantee against undisclosed major mechanical failures, including the engine and drive systems. If something major was hiding at the time of sale, you're protected.
