At All Offroading, we stand behind everything we sell: UTVs, side by sides, ATVs, boats, personal watercraft, trailers, trucks, and more. We inspect, test, and disclose what we know about each unit before it leaves our lot. But sometimes a major problem can hide beneath the surface, one that wasn't present, known, or detectable at the time of sale. That's exactly what our 30 Day Guarantee is built to cover.

For 30 days from your date of purchase, you're protected against undisclosed major mechanical failures of the unit's core powertrain and drive systems. If one of these critical systems fails due to a defect that existed at the time of sale and was not disclosed to you, we'll make it right.

01Covered

What's Covered

This guarantee covers major, internal mechanical failures that were not disclosed at the time of purchase. Coverage applies to the core powertrain and drive systems for each type of unit, including but not limited to the following:

UTVs, Side by Sides & ATVs

  • Internal engine / motor failure (seized engine, thrown rod, blown head gasket, cracked block, catastrophic internal damage, loss of compression from an internal defect)
  • Internal transmission failure (no engagement, total loss of drive, failed gear sets or clutch packs)
  • Internal CVT failure within the housing (excluding normal belt wear)
  • Drivetrain failure: front/rear differentials, transfer case, or internal driveline resulting in complete loss of power to the wheels

Boats

  • Internal engine failure (outboard, inboard, or sterndrive: seized powerhead, thrown rod, blown head gasket, catastrophic internal damage)
  • Lower unit / outdrive failure (internal gearcase failure, complete loss of drive)
  • Marine transmission / drive system internal failure

Personal Watercraft (PWCs / Jet Skis)

  • Internal engine failure (seized engine, thrown rod, catastrophic internal damage, loss of compression from an internal defect)
  • Jet pump / drive system internal failure (failed impeller drive, total loss of propulsion from an internal defect)

Trucks & Other Motorized Units

  • Internal engine / motor failure
  • Internal transmission failure
  • Drivetrain failure resulting in complete loss of drive

Trailers

  • Major structural frame failure present at the time of sale
  • Axle or spindle failure resulting in the trailer being unsafe to tow

To Qualify, the Failure Must:

  1. Occur within 30 days of your purchase date.
  2. Involve a defect that existed at the time of sale and was not disclosed to you.
  3. Be reported to us as soon as the issue appears (see "How to File a Claim" below).

What's Not Covered

This is a guarantee against major undisclosed defects, not a bumper to bumper warranty. The following are not covered:

Wear, Maintenance & Consumables

  • Routine maintenance (oil, filters, fluids, spark plugs, belts, brake pads, lower unit oil)
  • Normal wear items (tires, batteries, bulbs, fuses, cables, hoses, seals, anodes, impeller wear parts)
  • CVT belts, clutch wear, and impeller wear from normal use

Minor & Cosmetic Items

  • Body panels, gelcoat, paint, scratches, dents, upholstery, seats, and trim
  • Lights, switches, gauges, electronics, stereos, and accessories
  • Electrical issues, sensors, and wiring not tied to a covered major system
  • Squeaks, rattles, leaks, and adjustments

Anything Outside the Major Systems Above

  • Suspension, steering, axles (powersports), CV joints, and bearings
  • Cooling systems, radiators, water pumps, and external cooling components
  • Fuel pumps, injectors, carburetors, and fuel system parts
  • Exhaust, intake, and emissions components
  • Props, trim/tilt systems, bilge pumps, livewells, and marine accessories
  • Trailer lights, wiring, bearings, brakes, tires, jacks, winches, and couplers

Damage Caused After the Sale

  • Abuse, racing, jumping, or operating beyond the unit's intended use
  • Damage from accidents, collisions, rollovers, grounding, or submersion (water/mud ingestion, hydrolock)
  • Running a watercraft in shallow, sandy, or debris filled water
  • Neglect, lack of maintenance, improper winterization, or running low/out of fluids
  • Modifications, aftermarket parts, tampering, or unauthorized repairs
  • Damage from improper towing, loading, launching, or transport

Other Exclusions

  • "As Is" units sold with disclosed defects or sold below market value with the condition stated in writing
  • Any issue that was disclosed to you, listed on the sale paperwork, or that you acknowledged before purchase
  • Units serviced or repaired elsewhere before contacting us
03Claim

How to File a Claim

If you experience a covered failure within 30 days, do the following right away. Continuing to operate a unit with a major mechanical problem can cause further damage that voids coverage.

  1. Stop using the unit as soon as you notice the problem.
  2. Contact us immediately at 762-217-5013 or [email protected]. Have your purchase date and a description of the issue ready.
  3. Bring the unit to us for inspection. It must be inspected and diagnosed by All Offroading or by a shop we authorize. Do not authorize repairs elsewhere first.
  4. We'll inspect the unit and verify the failure qualifies under this guarantee.

How We Make It Right

If we confirm a covered failure, All Offroading will repair the affected major system to restore the unit to proper working condition, at no cost to you for the covered repair. The repair method and provider are determined by All Offroading.

This guarantee is limited to the repair of the qualifying covered system. It does not cover incidental or consequential costs such as towing, hauling, transport, rental units, lost time, or downtime.

All Offroading reserves the right to inspect any unit and determine claim eligibility. This guarantee does not replace or extend any applicable manufacturer warranty.
